What is Membrane Pressing?

1. This is the process of applying vinyl films or wood veneers to three-dimensional surfaces.

2. These vinyl films can be:

Thin (0.008")

Thick (0.03")

High Gloss

Semi Gloss

"Soft" – for example, covering audio speakers or furniture parts

Textures

Recoatable – "piano touch" lacquered finish with a single coat

3. Finish surfaces are suitable for hard wearing areas such as:

Cabinet Doors

Desk Tops

Office Furniture

Audio and Electronic Components
